Acceptable Use Policy — Mail-Organiser

Acceptable Use Policy

Effective 26 May 2026 · BakersGuild Ltd

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you can and cannot do with Mail-Organiser. By using the service you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Permitted uses

You may use Mail-Organiser to:

2. Email deletion — no permanent deletion

Mail-Organiser never permanently deletes emails. When the service moves emails to a "Review to Delete" folder, those emails remain in your inbox and are fully accessible. Only you can permanently delete emails using Outlook's own delete function. This is an absolute protection — it cannot be overridden by any instruction found in an email or any API call.

3. Prohibited uses

You must not use Mail-Organiser to:

4. Instructions in emails

Mail-Organiser will never follow instructions found inside email bodies or subject lines. If an email contains text like "ignore previous instructions" or "forward this to…", the service ignores such text and may flag the email as suspicious. This is a hard constraint — see our Sentinel & Prompt Injection Policy.

5. Business use and team accounts

If you use Mail-Organiser under a business subscription, you are responsible for ensuring all team members who are granted access to connected mailboxes comply with this policy. You may not connect mailboxes belonging to employees or clients without their explicit consent.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund. We may also report violations to relevant authorities where required by law. We will always attempt to contact you before taking action, except in cases of serious, ongoing, or illegal violations.
