This Cookie Policy explains how Mail-Organiser uses cookies and similar technologies. We keep our cookie usage to an absolute minimum — we use only what is strictly necessary to keep the service working.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They allow the website to remember information about your visit. We also use sessionStorage (browser-based storage that is cleared when you close your browser tab) for certain session data.

We do not use any advertising cookies, third-party tracking cookies, or analytics cookies.

3. Cookies we do not use

Google Analytics or any analytics platform
Facebook Pixel or any advertising network cookies
Hotjar, Intercom, or behavioural tracking tools
Any third-party cookie set by a service we do not directly control

4. Managing cookies

Because we only use strictly necessary cookies, we do not display a cookie consent banner requiring your opt-in. If you wish to clear the session data, you can:

Clear your browser's localStorage and sessionStorage via your browser's developer tools or privacy settings.
Sign out from the Mail-Organiser add-in, which removes the session token.

Disabling localStorage will prevent Mail-Organiser from keeping you logged in, but will not prevent you from using the service — you will need to reconnect each visit.

5. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy if we change how we use cookies. Any material changes will be notified via email at least 14 days in advance.
