These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("User") and BakersGuild Ltd, trading as Mail-Organiser ("we", "us", "our"). By connecting your email account and using Mail-Organiser you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Mail-Organiser is an email organisation and classification tool that connects to your Microsoft Outlook account via the Microsoft Graph API. It scans email metadata (sender, subject, date, folder), classifies emails into categories, and moves them into folders you control. By default we do not read the full bodies of your emails. With your explicit consent, we may temporarily read email body content to improve classification accuracy or generate draft replies — this content is never stored and never used to train any AI model.
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into this agreement. If you are connecting a business mailbox, you confirm you have the appropriate authorisation from your employer or organisation.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised access that resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.
You agree not to misuse the service. Full details are in our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer the service, interfere with its operation, or use it to process others' data without their consent.
Mail-Organiser is available on a subscription basis. Prices are as listed on our Pricing page. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date. We use Stripe for payment processing.
Mail-Organiser is a digital service that begins working immediately upon purchase. By consenting to immediate delivery at sign-up, you acknowledge that the statutory 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once the service has been delivered. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind. If you experience a genuine technical issue we were unable to resolve, contact support@mail-organiser.com within 14 days of purchase and we will review your case.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with 600 scan credits. No credit card is required for the trial. At the end of the trial, your account moves to the Limited plan or pauses if you have not subscribed. Trial scan credits do not carry over.
We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all your email data. We act as a data processor on your behalf and follow your instructions. We never sell your data or use it to train any AI model.
All software, designs, and content in Mail-Organiser are owned by BakersGuild Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose during your subscription.
The service is provided "as is". We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all emails will be classified correctly. Email classification is probabilistic and may occasionally misclassify messages ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂàyou should review your folders regularly.
To the maximum extent permitted by English law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the total subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the add-in settings or by emailing support@mail-organiser.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. On termination, we will delete your personal data within 30 days in line with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
