Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm GMT, excluding UK public holidays. We aim to respond faster than the targets above whenever possible.

We welcome feedback and feature requests. Email hello@mail-organiser.com or use the feedback option in the add-in. We read everything and use it to prioritise our roadmap.
If you are unhappy with our support response, please escalate to hello@mail-organiser.com and mark your email as "Complaint". We will acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to resolve within 10 business days. If you remain unsatisfied after our internal process, you may escalate to the ICO for data-related complaints.
